Drone Turtle

Drone Turtle is a web-based drone generator I developed as part of my master's thesis in Music Technology at NYU Steinhardt. The project started as research into how drones have been used in popular music, and later became a fully realized musical tool. It combines real-time synthesis with granular time-stretching, letting songwriters, producers, and sound designers easily create complex drones that match the timbre and key of their project.
